Targa Resources Partners LP Announces Tender Offer for its 5.875% Senior Notes due 2026

This Wednesday, March 23, Targa Resources Partners LP released the announcement of the cash tender offer they began that same day. The proposal was to purchase all and any of their senior notes listed on their table. Also, they apply some terms and conditions described on the Partnership´s Offer to Purchase.

A Delaware limited partnership formed in October 2006. Its parent, TRGP, was the one who created it. The goal was to own, operate, acquire and develop a diversified portfolio of complementary midstream energy assets. 

In February 17, 2016, TRGP completed the acquisition of all common units of the Partnership. After that they became the leader provider of midstream services. Also it has become one of the largest independent midstream infrastructure companies in North America. 

Nowadays, the Company´s assets connect natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs ) to domestic and international markets. Their primary business is focused on gathering, compressing, treating, processing, transporting, purchasing, and selling natural gas. Also, the transportation, storing, fractionating, treating, purchasing, and selling NGLs and NGL products. 

Also including services to LPG exporters; and gathering, storing, terminating, purchasing, and selling crude oil.

At 5:00 p.m. New York City time, this offer will expire if no extension or earlier termination happens. The notes holders will have to validly tender on not validly withdraw their notes to be eligible to receive the consideration for their notes. 

These considerations are the reception of accrued and unpaid interest thereon on the last interest payment date up. Those terms do not include the initial settlement date.
