Transparent Energy deepens renewable energy leadership and capabilities with strategic senior hires

National leader

Transparent Energy is a national leader in auction-based energy procurement. It announced hiring two highly regarded industry veterans. Annette Durnack, Executive Vice President of Sales, and Jeremy Lo, Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. This is to enhance its capabilities and leadership in providing energy transition services to large Fortune 1000 companies. It also strengthens its business development, sales, and operations functions. Durnack and Lo’s experience and expertise will help Transparent Energy meet growing demand. As the procurement of renewables, electricity, and natural gas increases complexity and strategic impact for companies and institutions across the United States.

Annette Durnack began her career in the retail energy sector at Niagara Mohawk. She helped PPL EnergyPlus launch its retail electric supply business. And most recently, she led commercial energy sales at Yardi. Where she drove sales of energy management software and carbon tracking for large commercial real estate clients. Durnack prides himself on leading by example and managing high-performing teams.

Jeremy Lo, executive vice president of Corporate Development

Jeremy Lo joins Transparent Energy from ENGIE North America, where he served as Director of Corporate Development Services. Here he reported directly to the company’s Chief Financial Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Human Resources Officer on renewable energy, energy risk management, and procurement activities. Before ENGIE, Lo structured critical national accounts, led pricing, and managed the supply portfolio at GDF Suez Energy. He began his career at Enron and Entergy, where he established his risk management and reporting expertise.

The executive vice president of corporate development at Transparent Energy commented: “After more than 20 years in the energy sector.
