TotalEnergies proposes an ordinary dividend for fiscal year 2022

The Board of Directors of TotalEnergies met on February 7, 2023 and decided to propose to the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting the distribution of an ordinary dividend of €2.81/share for the 2022 financial year, compared with €2.64/share for the 2021 financial year, representing an increase of 6.4%.

Consequently, taking into account the three ordinary interim dividends of €0.69/share previously decided by the Board of Directors, the final ordinary dividend for the 2022 financial year will be €0.74/share, representing an increase of 7.25% compared to the ordinary interim dividends.

Confirmation of the extraordinary dividend

In addition, the Board of Directors decided to propose the confirmation of the extraordinary dividend of 1 euro/share for the 2022 financial year. This dividend was paid on December 16, 2022.

As proposed, TotalEnergies shareholders would benefit from a dividend of €3.81/share (ordinary plus special) for the 2022 fiscal year.

The final ordinary dividend will paid in cash. Subject to the approval of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders.They will pay according to the following schedule:
