Isotrol and Berkana partner up to expand renewable energy market in N.A.

Isotrol, an international company in engineering and software solutions, has partnered up with Berkana Resources, an international leader in Operational Technology for the energy market; the partnership intends to expand both companies’ position in the growing renewable energy market of North America.

Firstly, through the agreement both companies will jointly provide a better and more competitive solution, tailored to local needs in the execution of projects for their clients.

Secondly, Isotrol has a seven year + North American presence; for the partnership, the company brings its renewable energy knowledge, including its Bluence platform for comprehensive management of renewable energy assets.

On the other hand, Berkana Resources has been providing Operational Technology services in North America since 2004; it will bring to the partnership its control system for operational, technical, security and compliance knowledge; along with a strong local position.

Thirdly, the partnership intends to consolidate the appreciable position previously achieved by each party in North America. On the one hand, Isotrol has more than 13 GW of installed power monitored with its systems; while Berkana provides support to multiple large and mid-sized Oil & Gas concerns.

Isotrol to leverage Berkana’s position in the O&G sector

Moreover, “For Isotrol this agreement enhances our strategic commitment to be consolidated in the North American market. On the other hand, for President of Berkana Resources Jeff Whitney, the partnership “gives us access to exceptional knowledge; as well as solution capabilities to address the Renewal Energy market.”
