Rockwell Automation launches new Integrated Services Agreement

Rockwell Automation Integrated

Rockwell Automation, the biggest automation technology company globally, has launched a new agreement for integrated services. According to a statement released by the company, this new agreement will incorporate various technical and support services into a single platform.

Firstly, the Integrated Services Agreement from Rockwell offers a flexible suite of support services that enable customers to maximize the value of their investments in any of Rockwell’s technologies.

Moreover, the platform is a three-tiered model that allows customers to select suitable offerings to meet their specific needs. The offering has an Essential agreement, which features particular services; an Enhanced package with further solutions; and a Premier package that includes all the technical support one could need.

Furthermore, some services that the platform features are: 24/7 remote system support with Rockwell’s engineers; an annual repair agreement under which Rockwell will provide yearly maintenance and restoring services; analytics, reports, field services, evaluations, contract management, etcetera.
