Generac acquires energy storage solutions provider Off Grid Energy

Generac Holdings Inc., a leading global designer, and manufacturer of energy technology solutions and other power products announced this Wednesday the expansion of its energy storage portfolio after the acquisition of Off Grid Energy.

The acquired company is a designer and manufacturer of industrial-grade mobile energy storage systems. It has its headquarters in Rugby, United Kingdom. It is a leading and true innovator in the energy storage industry. The company offers a diverse range of energy storage solutions. All of which provide cleaner and more flexible energy for industrial and mobile applications.

Off Grid Energy’s products and missions are entirely focused on developing innovative solutions to improve efficiency; also, minimize environmental impacts by reducing fuel consumption and cutting CO2 and NOx emissions. The company has served various industrial sectors such as construction, utility, event, electrical vehicle charging, and behind-the-meter storage markets.

On the other hand, Generac is a leading global designer and manufacturer of a wide range of energy technology solutions. Consequently, by acquiring Off Grid Energy, the company positions itself at the forefront of an innovative and growing market.
