Welding Expert Lincoln Electric welcomes Mr. Chambers and declares dividend

Lincoln Electric announces Brian D. Chambers, as a member of the Board of Directors. The welding expert declares the dividend for the 2022 first quarter.

Welcome to the Board, Mr. Chambers

Brian D. Chambers, who is Chair and Chief Executive Officer of Owens Corning; joined Lincoln Electric’s Board of Directors. The Board chose him to serve on the Audit and the Finance Committees.

This appointment expands Lincoln Electric’s Board to 13 directors. In total, the team has a number of 12 independent members; as well as non-employee directors.

Mr. Chambers is Chief Executive Officer of Owens Corning. This is a global building and construction materials leader in 2019; in addition to an elected Chair in 2020. Mr. Chambers has worked for over 17 years with the company. During this period, he also served in several senior leadership roles.

Mr. Chambers is a prominent figure in the industry; he also held commercial and operational roles. For example, he served at Owens Corning at Saint-Gobain; Honeywell; and others like BOC Gases.

Mr. Chambers has a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. The Chief Executive Officer count with a master’s degree from Northwestern University.

2022 first-quarter dividend

The board of Directors at Lincoln Electric Holdings, Inc. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.56 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2022. This action is to meet the shareholders’ target of record as of March 31, 2022.
