Data analytics grow with partnering of Wood Mac and Quinbrook

Data analytics for the energy industry has come into a new dimension with the partnering of Wood Mackenzie; a leading provider of commercial intelligence for the world’s natural resources sector; and Quinbrook Infrastructure Partners, data analytics and digital solutions provider.

Firstly, both companies partnered to offer the energy industry a new and enhanced Lens Power Decision intelligence platform; which is a digital solution in which data from renewable energy assets around the world id integrated across projects, technologies and markets.

Secondly, this platform allows organizations to maximize investment opportunities in clean energy. Indeed, the platform integrates conventional power, solar, wind, energy storage, and hydrogen data sets in an easy-to-use platform. Consequently, it is attractive to energy players in the financial, utility, manufacturing, and oil and gas sectors.

Thirdly, Wood Mackenzie is now collaborating with Quinbrook in the redesign of its Lens Power platform, so it would offer adopters a holistic understanding of what is happening in the world of energy.

Moreover, it would allow customers to analyze, screen and value assets or companies; quickly and confidently to improve profitability and minimize risk. Quinbrook will deliver its deep knowledge of low carbon and renewable energy infrastructure.
